At Clean + Kind, we take pride in our premium, handcrafted tallow skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shopcleankind.com. We may request photos as proof. Approved issues will be eligible for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund or exchange approval.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, please indicate your choice in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
