You should know this before you shoot, so here it is plainly.

By joining, you grant Clean + Kind the right to use your footage in paid advertising on Meta, Instagram and TikTok, and on our website and product pages. We cut a separate version for ads. Your own post stays yours, on your account, under your handle.

Full terms are in the creator agreement we send with your scripts. Read it before you shoot and ask us about anything that isn't clear.

Partner and Signature are non-exclusive. Work with other brands, take breaks, stop whenever you want.

Category exclusivity starts at Elite. At $2,000 a month guaranteed we ask that you don’t promote competing tallow or clean-skincare brands while you’re on it — and that’s a rung you climb to, not a condition of joining.

The one thing that carries on either way is our right to keep running the footage you already sent us, which is spelled out in the agreement.

Once you go on retainer we'll need a W-9 from you, and you'll get a 1099 at year end. Standard, and nothing to do before then.

Your commission before that is paid out the same way your other affiliate income is.
